Problem · Solution
Problem
Operators taking orders by phone and messenger wrote their reports wherever they could. For a small sales team without a CRM or POS, that was chaos.
Solution
The bot takes each operator report through one template, posts it to a Telegram group, stores it in SQLite and writes it to Google Sheets in daily tabs. It is not a full CRM; it is one reporting system for the team.

Technical notes
- Each report has 14 columns: customer, phones, product, shipping type, address, contract date, amount, seller and more.
